Gunvexa wants every customer to shop with confidence. Eligible Gunvexa-branded optics,
mounts, parts, and accessories may be covered by manufacturer warranty support,
product-specific warranty terms, or Gunvexa customer service review.
Warranty coverage may include eligible defects in materials, workmanship issues, or
product problems that are not caused by misuse, unsafe handling, unauthorized modification,
improper installation, neglect, or normal exclusions listed by the manufacturer.

Return Policy
Eligible Gunvexa optics and qualifying products may receive a 90-day return review.
If your product does not work for your needs within the allowed period, contact
Gunvexa support so we can review whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is available.
Gunvexa may accept returns on new, unused items in their original manufacturer’s packaging,
as well as defective items, within 90 days of purchase.
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, Gunvexa may review the issue and help
with the next step. For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, Gunvexa may be unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Apparel items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without tags.
Underwear, face coverings, masks, neck gaiters, ear protection inserts, and similar hygiene items.
Ammunition. For safety reasons, all ammunition sales are final.
80% lowers, receivers, frames, kits, or restricted regulated parts.
Chemicals, liquids, primers, hazardous items, or products restricted by safety regulations.
Footwear
Shoes and footwear must be returned in the original shoe box. The original shoe box may not
be used as the shipping container. Place the shoe box inside a separate shipping box when
sending your return. Returns received with shipping labels directly on the original shoe box
may not be accepted.
Firearms
Gunvexa may only accept a return for a firearm if it has not yet been transferred to you by
the receiving licensed dealer. Once a firearm has been transferred into your possession,
Gunvexa is generally no longer able to accept its return.
While the firearm is still with the receiving dealer, inspect it carefully for visible defects,
shipping damage, or incorrect product details. If anything looks wrong, contact Gunvexa before
accepting or transferring the firearm.
If approved after review, Gunvexa may arrange a return inspection. After delivery and inspection,
Gunvexa may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on product condition,
availability, and policy.
