The Return Policy explains how Gunvexa handles return requests, refund reviews, exchanges, and damaged item reports.

First, request a Return Merchandise Authorization number before sending any item back to Gunvexa.
Then, wait for return instructions from our support team.
As a result, your return can move faster and with fewer delays.
Returns sent without approval may take longer to process.
In some cases, Gunvexa may not accept returns sent without approval.
Gunvexa may accept items that are new, unused, unopened, and still in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
However, the return request must be made within 90 days of purchase.
In addition, defective items or incorrect items may qualify for review within the same period.
If Gunvexa made an error, our team may help with return shipping after review.
Also, if the item arrived defective, our team may help with return shipping after checking the issue.
However, if a customer no longer wants an item, the customer may pay the return shipping cost.
Gunvexa optics and eligible Gunvexa-branded products may qualify for a 90-day satisfaction review.
Therefore, contact our support team if the product does not work for your needs within the allowed period.
After that, we can review whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is available.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, legal, hygiene, and manufacturer reasons, Gunvexa may not accept some returns.
For example, the following items may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Apparel items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without tags.
- Underwear, face coverings, masks, neck gaiters, ear protection inserts, and similar hygiene items.
- Ammunition. For safety reasons, all ammunition sales are final.
- 80% lowers, receivers, frames, kits, or regulated parts where returns are restricted.
- Chemicals, liquids, primers, hazardous items, or products restricted by safety regulations.
- Special-order items, clearance items, final-sale products, or products marked non-returnable.
Footwear
Shoes and footwear must be returned in the original box.
However, the original shoe box cannot be used as the shipping box.
Please place the footwear box inside another shipping box before sending it back.
Otherwise, footwear returned with labels or tape directly on the original shoe box may not be accepted.
Firearm Returns
Any firearm purchased through Gunvexa may only be considered for return before pickup or transfer.
Once a firearm is transferred to the customer, it is generally no longer eligible for return through Gunvexa.
Therefore, inspect the firearm carefully while it is still with the receiving licensed dealer.
Also, check for visible defects, shipping damage, or incorrect product details before accepting the firearm.
If anything appears wrong, contact Gunvexa support before pickup.
Then, if the issue is approved after review, Gunvexa may arrange a return inspection.
After delivery and inspection, Gunvexa may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
However, the final option depends on availability, product condition, and the policy that applies to the item.
Customers must follow all local, state, and federal laws before purchasing, receiving, returning, or transferring any regulated product.
