POF-USA Phoenix 9mm 16.5-Inch PCC

The POF-USA Phoenix 9mm 16.5-Inch PCC is a semi-automatic pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 9x19mm / 9mm Luger.

POF-USA’s factory rifle specification identifies the standard black configuration as Part #01921 and the FDE version as 01927. The Phoenix combines a direct-blowback operating system with a monolithic upper receiver, proprietary 35-round magazine and fully ambidextrous lower controls.

Unlike the gas-piston and direct-impingement systems found on several other POF-USA rifles, the Phoenix uses a dedicated blowback architecture for its 9mm chambering. The factory lower receiver includes ambidextrous bolt, magazine and safety controls together with a flared magazine well.

16.5-Inch Phoenix Barrel

POF-USA’s complete-rifle specification lists the rifle with a 16.5-inch barrel and 1:10 twist.

The muzzle is factory threaded and fitted with a dual-chamber muzzle brake. POF-USA’s current technical-support barrel table separately describes the Phoenix replacement barrel as 16.25 inches, with 1/2×28 threads and a 1:10 RH twist. Monolithic Upper and Ambidextrous Controls

The Phoenix features a forward-mounted non-reciprocating charging handle that can be positioned on either side of the firearm.
